Stuff's been happening.

Helped Tanith (sad_frog) and Phil move last Friday.
Their new apartment is nice. VERY close to uni, which is what Phil was looking for. A fair amount of space.

Then helped Greg (sim_puyo) and Lucy move on Saturday.
Their new house is gorgeous. Some of the little fittings aren't what I'd choose myself (they look like they come from a trendy bar, rather than a real person's living room, for instance), but it's big and has beautiful hardwood floors and quite a pleasant, rustic-feeling kitchen.
I look forward to seeing more of them, now that they live here in the real world. :)

Saturday evening I went along to Age of Aquarius for Ordo Mundi.
Played the Rabbi Loew, which was fun. Toddled around trying to put together a mighty claw defender for my people.
Watched it all go to hell.

Lazy Sunday spent with Rhi, lazing about. I read and fiddled with things online, she played Pandemonium. All good.

Monday I frittered away the day, watching The Brothers Grimm, Flightplan and Gigli.

Monday evening was spent, as per usual, with Rhi, with us intent on catching Grey's anatomy.
Tennis precluded this plan, however, so we caught Supernatural instead.
It's not too bad. My GOD, but the elder brother is such a PC. He casually defrauds law enforcement officers and flees custody with nary a thought that this might be a bad idea in the long run. He's completely focussed, but completely flippant at the same time. Typical PC.

Tuesday, I went to Flodge for the first time in months, then went and saw Broken flowers with Andrew (andrewaskew). Good film. Strange.

Yesterday, I was going to go and pick up my new washing machine, but Rodney (the guy in whose ute I'll be going) was unavailable.
Same goes for today.
*twiddles thumbs*
Should be tomorrow.

Suprisingly okay. For a film about a hitman, it has very little violence (one person gets shot, that's it), but an awful lot of sexual philosophy.
Jennifer Lopez is still annoying, though.

Huh. I thought that some of the film's supposed badness was probably exaggeration, but it's still a surprise to hear it didn't suck completely. Would you say it was better or worse than 'Predator 2'? =)

How about 'The Brothers Grimm?' I want to see it.

I'd say it's probably too different from Predator 2 to really compare them, sadly. :)

The Brothers Grimm was pretty good fun. Light, but fun.
