Mystery solved!
Apr. 20th, 2005 11:31 amTalking to mum (
gytha_ogg) about my recent sleep changes has cleared things up a lot.
Apparently I'm back to normal. When I lived with her, I used to be up and about at 6 am. (more importantly, it was at about 6 that they NOTICED that I was up, as I'd come in to say good morning. Apparently it was clear that I'd often been up a while before that.)
At some point, I've taught myself to sleep until 9 or 10. I don't know how it happened, but it certainly did.
And now I've snapped back, similarly mysteriously.
Further proof that I'm back.
