Holy crap have I had a long hiatus!

Recently, stuff has been going on. It's all been fairly low-key stuff, I think, by and large.

Rhi and I decided on a celebrant and have booked her services.
I've had further thoughts on my outfit for the wedding. I must pursue avenues of manufacture and purchase.
It's all coming together! Whee!

I'm now slightly more than two months into my new job. As of yesterday I'm the acting branch delivery driver, as the usual guy is on annual leave for the next month. It would appear that I am way better at his job than he is. I can't say I'm super surprised.

Worlds Apart hasn't been running very regularly. Between various people not being available, it's hard to get together enough people to make it worth running a session.
To be fair though, it's been able to get off the ground much more regularly than it's other-alternate-Sunday counterpart Outside of Time.

This weekend, for instance, Worlds Apart didn't go ahead. I spent the evening in with Rhi and watched the Steve Coogan/Jackie Chan Around the world in eighty days, which is, uh, different, from the novel.

I also replaced my clunking, non-functional PS2 with a new, sexy, sleek (and, most importantly, working) slimline PS2. Picked it up in a bundle with Singstar Legends, to my lady love's great excitement.
Hurray for having a working console again!

In other news: I love Rhi enough to never party with Jodie Foster ever again.
